Our FTP system allows you to upload your files from a Mac or PC without using complicated FTP software. Please be patient as the tool loads and follow instructions where they are given.
FTP Tips:
- Please zip your files in this format: “yourname-DATE.zip”
- If you recieve the error: “550: File or directory does not exist.”please click “OK” to continue your upload.
- Your file’s progress will appear in the upload progress bar.
- Once the upload is complete, your file will appear in the “directory listing” for several seconds. This is your indication that the file upload was successful.
- Finally, please make sure that you call or send and email to your salesperson so that we know you’ve delivered the file(s).
