Where is FlexoOne located?
Our products are manufactured in American Fork, Utah, about 30 miles south of Salt Lake City at the foot of beautiful, 11,479 foot high Mount Timpanogos.
Is FlexoOne an actual printer or just a broker?
We are a full service commercial flexographic printer. We invest in the latest in technology and equipment so that we can produce the highest quality work. We sometimes work with our business associates when it makes sense for the clients needs. Our unique business model allows us to be extremely competitive.
What kind of work does FlexoOne specialize in?
If it is a label or film packaging that you need, we can probably produce it. We love going to stores of all kinds and seeing labels that we have produced. In addition, we are a major supplier of labels to the apparel industry and stickers to the scrap book industry.
Can I send my files to you electronically?
Yes! You can probably send them to us via e-mail at info@flexoone.com. If your file is too large for e-mail, call us for instructions to upload to our FTP site. We will soon have FTP access on this new website under “Client Services.”
What kinds of proofs does FlexoOne you offer?
Typically, we send PDF proofs to your e-mail address. If you require a hard proof, we can provide those for you as well.
Can I get just a few samples made?
Sure! But most people think it costs too much. Creating a die, making plates and setting up the press are often the most expensive part of the entire job.
Can I have a salesman call on me?
Yes! On the phone and in person. If you are located a long way from one of our offices, we can usually handle things using modern communication technology. Most of our customers fall in that category!
Can you take care of me if I am out of state?
Like we say, our customers are located from sea to shining sea and beyond. At last count we have printed and delivered products to customers from 29 states.
How long does it take to print my job?
That is a loaded question, but we will meet your deadline or tell you ahead of time that you need to allow more time. Typically, we deliver new jobs in less than two weeks. Reprints are even faster.
What is FlexoOne’s outlook on the environment?
We love Mother Earth and try to take good care of her. We encourage the use of recycled/recyclable stock whenever possible. Our inks are very environmentally friendly – we hear that you can even drink them, but we haven’t actually done that. Not many printers can say this: “Our manufacturing plant is powered by electricity made from the wind.” At least that’s what the power company tells us.
