Effective immediately, all plates made for FlexoOne’s customers will be digital plates.

For the client, this means that the high quality that FlexoOne has come to be known for, has now been kicked up a notch. Digital flexo plates can hold a smaller dot than do conventional plates. That results in greater detail on the finished product. Color calibration and consistency is also improved with the new technology.

FlexoOne launched a newly re-designed website with enhanced features for Client Services. As part of the company’s mission to be the industry leader in communicating and linking clients to the company, the website has state of the art FTP capabilities. But even more impressive is the unique access clients now have to their real time on-line inventory and online re-ordering. Once again, FlexoOne has set the standard for impressive client services. The new website, created by Triple Bird Design, also allows clients and others in the industry to subscribe to FlexoOne’s E-Newsletter which highlights industry trends and creative and technical aspects relating to the packaging and labeling industry.

FlexoOne announces a bold major move to increase its presence in the intermountain printing market. The entire operation has been moved to American Fork, Utah, where they now offer Digital Flexographic Printing, and increased conventional flexographic press capacity. They also now offer clients access to literally thousands of in-stock flexo dies.

FlexoOne is proud to announce that they have been awarded the Mark Andy World Print Bronze Award for flexographic printing excellence. The award itself, and examples of FlexoOne printed pieces will be displayed at the 2007 LabelExpo Europe which will be held in Brussels Belgium later this year.

FlexoOne has purchased and installed both a second Rewind Machine and a second Shrink Wrap Machine. These acquisitions are a part of the company’s commitment to provide customers with the best service in the industry. Additional manpower has also be added to operate the equipment.

The FlexoOne open house was a great success. Print and packaging buyers from around the state attended the open house which showcased the new offices and expanded pressroom, as well as the printing capabilities of the Mark Andy 2200. The remodeling of FlexoOne’s new offices has been completed. The new offices, conference room, restroom and supply room feature a tile entry with modern lighting and all new furniture. The conference room also serves as a customer lounge complete with leather furniture, wet bar, refrigerator and a flat screen television. CDO Construction Company completed the entire project in a record two weeks. New signs are also being installed. View a gallery here.
